Low-Code Platform Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF98,000 - 120,000Role:
As a Power Platform Engineer, you transform manual processes into lean, automated workflows and create real added value for the organisation with low-code solutions. You are responsible for automations with Power Automate throughout the entire lifecycle – from conception through implementation to stable operation – and develop applications with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365. In doing so, you analyse business processes, model optimisations, and implement them practically. If something is not running smoothly, you systematically investigate errors and reliably resolve incidents. Your interest in new technologies, APIs, and AI keeps your solutions always up to date.
Responsibilities:
- You design, implement, and operate automation solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
- In this role, you design and develop applications with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365, including meaningful documentation.
- As a Low-Code Platform Engineer, you develop low-code applications to support and optimise business processes.
- You monitor and maintain automation solutions, conduct error analyses, and resolve incidents in the area of process automation.
- In this role, you create, maintain, and optimise structured IT documentation.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, business informatics HF, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially with Power Automate.
- You are proficient in analysing, modelling, and optimising business processes.
- You possess solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID; Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
- You demonstrate a high willingness to learn as well as interest in new technologies and digital transformation.
- You bring very good German and good English skills as well as knowledge of REST APIs and AI.
