A versatile position in the field of IT infrastructure offers the opportunity to operate stable system landscapes and technically support innovative data and cloud projects. We are looking for a committed professional with solid infrastructure knowledge and an interest in the further development of modern IT services.
You will work at the interface between system operation, IT security, and data-oriented applications. In doing so, you take responsibility for the technical implementation of optimisations and support the gradual further development of existing systems towards the cloud.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the operation and maintenance of Microsoft-based server environments as well as selected Linux systems
Participation in the establishment of structured data management and data governance processes
Support in the realisation of complex IT projects, especially in the environment of data platforms and customer portals
Maintenance and further development of identity and access management, backup, and security solutions
Collaboration with internal specialists to optimise applications, services, and IT processes
Planning and implementation of targeted migrations of infrastructure components and applications into cloud environments
Qualifications:
IT training with a Federal VET Diploma and corresponding further education at higher technical college or university of applied sciences level
Practical experience in operating local, hybrid, and cloud-based IT infrastructures
Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT security as well as ideally experience with Linux
Experience in project management and technical implementation of infrastructure projects
Interest in data science, data engineering, lifecycle management, and modern IT architectures
Independent and team-oriented working style, openness to new technologies, good German language skills, and willingness for on-call duty
