With your knowledge, you actively support modern Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions for customers
You are responsible for client management, including Intune, Autopilot, app distribution, and compliance configurations
You assist with migrations and technical implementations in cloud and outsourcing projects
You analyse complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support and develop sustainable solutions
Through your customer orientation, you successfully conduct workshops and technical exchanges
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education and experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
You bring sound knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
You have experience with Conditional Access, hybrid scenarios, and endpoint management
You work confidently with PowerShell, have basic Azure knowledge, and a structured working style
Your communication in German and English (spoken and written) is professional
