What to expect
The Digital Touchpoints & Services team is responsible for the operation and further development of digital touchpoints – from the website to the customer portal, the Mobiliar app, and other online services. For our mission "We make insurance and pensions easily accessible," we create hybrid customer experiences that meaningfully combine digital and personal interactions.
Your impact with us
As a Web Analytics Specialist, you analyse the behaviour of our users on digital touchpoints, derive concrete recommendations for action, and thus support the data- and user-oriented further development of our offerings. You identify potential along digital and hybrid customer journeys and help continuously improve user experience and conversions.
You create analyses, evaluations, and dashboards for various stakeholders. You make complex data understandable and usable. This enables colleagues to make data-driven decisions. In cross-departmental projects, you represent the web analytics discipline and work closely with other departments in interdisciplinary teams.
You primarily work with tools from the Google ecosystem, especially Google Analytics, as well as other analysis and visualisation tools. Furthermore, you actively contribute to the further development of our tracking and analytics landscape and help ensure high data quality. Your analytical mindset, ability to understand complex relationships, and passion for data are crucial for success. Team spirit, customer orientation, and a pronounced hands-on mentality are also helpful.
Your profile
- Higher degree in economics, business informatics, or related fields
- At least 2 years of professional experience in web/digital analytics
- Enjoy analysing data, recognising connections, and deriving concrete recommendations.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports, preferably in Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, and Power BI
- A good understanding of digital touchpoints, user journeys, and user-centred optimisation.
- A structured, independent, and analytical working style as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ideally, knowledge in tracking and tag management.
- Fluent German language skills
