Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 130,000Role:

Responsibilities:
Leadership and development of the payroll team
Responsibility for accurate and legally compliant payroll processing
Ensuring efficient time and absence management
Optimisation and digitalisation of existing processes
Management of HR-related projects
Advising managers on payroll and working time matters
Preparation of analyses, key figures, and reports
Collaboration with finance, controlling, and external partners
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education in HR or payroll
Several years of experience in payroll and time management
Very good knowledge of Swiss payroll and social security law
Affinity for systems, processes, and digitalisation
Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
Confident German language skills
