Your mission:

Logistics & Compliance
• Organise, invoice and monitor deliveries and exports
• Carry out shipments according to incoterms: BL, invoicing, documentation bundle.
• Ensure customs compliance and master the associated regulations.

Optimisation & Innovation
• Identify and propose optimisation levers to gain efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales and client services to streamline processes.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
• Resolve logistical emergencies and participate in external inventories if necessary.
• Follow escalation procedures and contribute to process improvement.

Required technical skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook).
• Sensitivity to new technologies (AI, automation)
• Autonomy, rigour and adaptability in the face of emergencies.
• Fluent English (TOEIC 750).
• German is an asset
• Team spirit and client relations.

Your profile:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years on SAP (MM, SD modules)
• Proven experience in international freight (military permit, CH/preferential certificates of origin)
• Expertise in compliance: mastery of customs declarations, customs duties, dual use/end user (essential)
