You are looking for a new challenge as head of IT infrastructure and operations where you can apply your skills and experience. In this role, you take responsibility for the IT infrastructure and operations to ensure that all systems run smoothly. You are responsible for planning, building, and maintaining IT systems to meet the company’s requirements. With your senior level of experience, you bring the necessary expertise to solve complex IT problems and continuously improve the IT infrastructure. You are an important part of the team and contribute to keeping the IT systems up to date and aligned with the company’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- You operate and further develop networks, servers, and user support
- In this role, you plan infrastructure projects, organise and implement them
- As head of IT infrastructure and operations, you lead employees and support their professional development
- You systematically narrow down and resolve faults and address recurring problems at their root cause
- You develop technical concepts and decision-making bases and coordinate priorities with the specialist departments
- You translate our IT strategy into concrete initiatives and are responsible for their implementation
Qualifications:
- You have several years of practical experience as a system engineer
- You bring several years of experience in professional team leadership and staff development
- You have very good project management and organisational skills, demonstrated by successfully implemented projects
- You have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure as well as classic on-premises systems and networks
- You have practical experience in incident and problem management
- You are able to assess projects professionally and economically and derive clear priorities from them
