Maintenance & Safety Project Manager

• Be the safety referent for the entire Maintenance scope.
• Ensure the interface between the Maintenance teams, the HSE department and the Safety Coordinator (COSEC).
• Identify risks, analyse safety issues and define associated action plans.
• Manage the deployment of corrective and preventive actions, while ensuring their long-term follow-up.
• Contribute to the safety of equipment, installations and maintenance interventions.
• Develop and monitor safety performance indicators to guide improvement actions.
• Support teams in risk analyses, incident investigations and feedback.
• Build, formalise and deploy standards, tools and best practices adapted to field realities.
• Challenge existing practices pragmatically to strengthen safety culture and team engagement.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of working conditions and occupational risk prevention.

• Proven experience in an industrial environment, within maintenance, operations or technical services activities.
• Solid knowledge of HSE requirements as well as risk analysis and control methods.
• Good understanding of specific risks related to maintenance operations and technical work.
• Mastery of prevention approaches: risk analyses, incident investigations, action plans, lockout/tagout (LOTO), authorisations and management of hazardous work.
• Ability to manage projects or cross-functional topics autonomously, from identifying needs to implementing solutions.
• Pragmatic and field-oriented approach, able to balance safety requirements and operational constraints.
• Excellent communication, awareness-raising and teaching skills.
• Interpersonal ease enabling the unification of diverse stakeholders and creation of a climate of trust.
• Analytical mind, proactive attitude and passion for continuous improvement.
