Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 95,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an Architect for Design & Execution for versatile building projects in Central Switzerland. You will accompany residential, commercial and industrial buildings as well as renovations, replacement new builds and site developments across several SIA phases. Depending on experience and interest, the focus is more on design and project planning or on execution planning and realisation, with a holistic project approach explicitly intended. Additionally, you will be involved in planning law tasks such as design plans and zoning plan procedures.
Responsibilities:
Holistic handling of own architecture projects from concept to realisation
Development of design, project planning and utilisation concepts for new builds and conversions
Creation of preliminary, construction, submission, execution and detail plans
Planning and modelling of projects with Archicad
Processing of building applications and approval procedures as well as coordination with authorities
Direct coordination with clients, specialist planners, authorities and contractors
Participation in renovations, replacement new builds, residential, commercial and industrial buildings
Support in planning law tasks such as design plans, site developments and zoning plan procedures
Development of constructive solutions and coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Supervision of construction execution, conducting site inspections and resolving planning detail issues
Use of digital tools for visualisation, documentation and AI-supported planning processes
Ensuring architectural and technical quality considering relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect FH or ETH, either with initial professional experience or directly after graduation
Knowledge in design, project planning and constructive architecture; experience in execution planning is an advantage
Confident handling of Archicad and interest in digital as well as AI-supported planning tools
Understanding of relevant SIA phases and Swiss building practice is an advantage
Interest in a holistic project approach from design and building application to execution
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
