ICT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the reliable operation of our hybrid IT infrastructure and ensure its technical development.
You design new platforms and lead demanding infrastructure projects, migrations, and lifecycle activities.
You administer Microsoft and virtualisation environments and further develop modern workplace, cloud, and server services.
You optimise backup, recovery, and security concepts and ensure resilient and sustainable operation.
You automate processes, document technical standards, and support your colleagues with complex support cases.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education at EFZ, HF, or FH level and several years of experience as a Windows System Engineer.
You bring very good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Windows Server, M365, Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
You have experience with VMware and Veeam and understand the requirements of modern hybrid and cloud infrastructures.
You understand basic network and security concepts; knowledge of Cisco, Citrix, or firewall technologies is welcome.
You work independently, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team, and you are keen to continuously expand your know-how through new technologies and further training.
