Responsibilities:
- You ensure 1st and 2nd level support as well as application management for the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) area
- You are responsible for the lifecycle management of public keys and security certificates
- You ensure a flawless production process for AWB multicards as well as smartcards
- You take care of issuing ID cards and badges and provide support services
- You participate in cross-departmental projects as well as in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
Qualifications:
- You have a qualification in computer science or an equivalent qualification
- You have experience in IT support as well as in the areas of public key infrastructure and digital certificates
- You have very good German skills as well as ideally French and English skills (B2)
- Ideally, you hold a category B driving licence
