Aware of and committed to our role in the basic training of tomorrow's caregivers, we also actively collaborate with local nursing schools and welcome around twenty nursing students per year, as well as APS, ASSC, occupational therapy and Red Cross interns.

An expansion project is planned for 2027, with the relocation of care services to new premises currently under construction on the hospital site.

To strengthen our Finance and Administration Department, we are looking for an Accountant (60-80%).
Reporting to the Financial Director, you will join the hospital at a key moment in its development and provide support to the Finance and Administration team in projects related to the future establishment.
Your main responsibilities
- Prepare and post periodic entries related to the hospital's general accounting
- Prepare and monitor VAT returns
- Maintain and post fixed assets as well as control the calculation of depreciation;
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of closing procedures and checklists
- Participate in operational activities related to operational analytical accounting (OAA), notably monitoring and validating allocations
- Support the Financial Director in the preparation of ITAR-K (costs per case)
- Coordinate the handling of external requests and requests from other internal departments
- Participate in working meetings with other departments as part of continuous process improvement
- Carry out ad hoc analyses and provide indicators as needed
Your profile
Technical skills
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification; an additional certificate in accounting is highly appreciated.
- You have several years of professional experience in an accounting department, ideally in the hospital or healthcare sector.
- You have a good knowledge of REKOLE hospital accounting standards.
- Proficiency in the Opale/BluePearl ERP is an asset. You are comfortable with common IT tools (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
