Certified Nursing Specialist HF/ FH for the Surgery Pool
You work without fixed ward affiliation on all 3 surgical bed wards and thanks to individual planning assignments you actively shape your shifts.The deployment is at least 25% in late and night shifts - ideal if you appreciate variety and flexible working models.
You will take on
- a holistic, professional and competent care and support of patients before and after surgical procedures
- responsibility for the nursing process of a patient from admission to discharge
- department- and team-independent assignments on the surgical bed wards
- a team-oriented and interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing specialists and other professional groups in the interprofessional team
- ensuring high-quality nursing care
You bring with you
- a completed training as a nursing specialist HF/ FH
- experience in an acute hospital
- adaptability, independence and sense of responsibility
- a quick grasp and willingness to engage with different teams
- very good communication and service skills
- commitment to the further development of nursing and support in the training of our apprentices/ students
