Inbound Customer Advisor (DE/FR) 100%

Your Tasks

• Telephone inbound consultation of customers
• Providing information on various queries from all contact persons
• Checking for completeness and ongoing maintenance of customer files
• Continuous monitoring of open pending matters
• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
• Various other administrative and coordination tasks

Your Profile:

• Completed basic training (commercial clerk or retail specialist or similar advantageous)
• Previous professional experience in customer consulting / customer service / client support
• Fluent French or Italian skills (mandatory)
• Very good English skills are an advantage
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills

• Working hours Monday - Sunday between 08:00 - 18:00
