Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the specialist construction management and coordination of building services HVACSE in demanding building projects. You will manage the trades heating, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, sanitary and electrical and accompany the projects from execution planning through realisation to commissioning and acceptance. The focus is on cross-trade coordination as well as ensuring quality, costs, deadlines and technical functionality. The position combines solid building services know-how with site management, technical optimisation and professional interface management.
Responsibilities:
Technical leadership and coordination of all HVACSE trades during planning, execution and commissioning
Control and monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality and technical requirements of building services
Technical review and coordination of execution, workshop and detailed planning
Monitoring the proper execution of heating, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, sanitary and electrical systems on site
Identification and resolution of technical interfaces and collisions between the HVACSE trades
Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, suppliers and internal specialists
Leadership and moderation of HVACSE, coordination and technical meetings
Review and optimisation of technical solutions regarding investment costs, energy efficiency, operation and maintenance
Ensuring the implementation of relevant SIA standards, SVGW, VKF and other technical guidelines
Accompanying and coordinating commissioning, integral tests, functional checks and acceptances
Support with tenders, awards, claims and technical contractor evaluations
Optimisation of construction processes, commissioning procedures and cross-trade interfaces
Qualifications:
Completed basic training in building services, electrical engineering or a related technical field
Further education as technician HF, engineer FH/BSc, federally certified specialist or comparable technical qualification
Several years of professional experience in at least one of the areas heating, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, sanitary or electrical
Experience in specialist construction management, construction management, project management or execution of complex building services projects
Sound knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services guidelines
Confident handling of Microsoft Office and digital project/construction platforms
Very good German language skills spoken and written
