Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced architect for project and execution planning with Revit. You will work on demanding projects in the fields of residential construction, office, hospitality and industry and primarily accompany these in the SIA phases 31-53. You combine design quality with sound constructive knowledge and develop drafts into precise execution and detail plans. The position also offers contact with BIM, digital planning methods and new AI applications in architecture.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding architectural projects in the SIA phases 31-53 from preliminary design to realisation
Development and further processing of spatial concepts, floor plans as well as façade and material concepts
Creation and coordination of 3D models and planning documents with Autodesk Revit
Preparation of precise project, execution and detail plans considering constructive and design requirements
Ensuring compliance with standards, building law and approval requirements throughout the various project phases
Independent organisation and coordination of the planning process in close consultation with project management
Clarification of planning and technical interfaces within the project team as well as with external specialist planners
Graphical and technical preparation of drafts, variants and presentation documents for clients, authorities and specialist planner meetings
Participation in tendering and realisation as well as technical support during the implementation of the planning
Conducting plan reviews and quality controls as well as coordination of specialist planner information in the architectural model
Application of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations as well as project-specific quality standards
Participation in the further development of BIM processes, digital planning tools and AI-supported applications in the architectural process
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture ETH/FH or comparable recognised architectural education
At least 4 years of professional experience as an architect, preferably with project experience in Switzerland
Very good user knowledge of Autodesk Revit and experience with CAD or BIM-based planning processes
Sound knowledge of the SIA phases 31-53, especially in execution planning, tendering and realisation
Good knowledge of construction, detailing, materialisation and Swiss building law
Interest in industrial architecture, digital planning tools and AI applications in the construction and planning environment
Good German and English skills spoken and written
