100% Versatile Employee - Building and Outdoor Maintenance Service

Nestled between the lake and the Jura, the municipality of Hautemorges prioritises local service and has a dynamic team of just under sixty people, dedicated daily to the well-being of its residents.

To complete its team, the Municipality of Hautemorges is looking for a

Start date: immediate or to be agreed

Main activities:

- Maintain cleanliness and apply safety measures in municipal buildings

- Ensure occupant comfort and proper functioning of technical installations

- Monitor and control activities taking place in the building

- Room rentals (key handover and return, condition reports)

- Provide concierge service

- Maintain premises and circulation areas

- Empty bins, replenish paper and soap dispensers

- Maintain cleanliness of sanitary facilities

- Carry out minor routine repairs

- Perform unscheduled cleaning work when circumstances require (bad weather, events or functions)

- Apply prescribed working methods (use of products and machines)

- Control and monitor activities taking place in the building

- Participate in organising services related to the rental of municipal rooms in collaboration with the Management Service

- Be capable of performing other tasks not directly related to the role

- Various maintenance work on buildings and outdoors

Work location: Mainly Apples

Desired profile:

- Professional experience in a similar or equivalent position

- Knowledge of cleaning and building maintenance techniques

- Analytical and synthetic thinking, organisational skills, sense of responsibility and priorities, stress resistance and autonomy

Special conditions:

- Sometimes irregular hours

- Holidays to be taken during school holidays

- Residence within a 15-minute radius of Apples
