Foreman Earthworks 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You keep an overview on the construction site, coordinate people and work, and also lend a hand yourself. As a foreman, you take on a central role on our client’s construction sites and, together with the team, ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently and professionally.

• Site management: Independent organisation and leadership of earthworks construction sites on location

• Team leadership: Coordination, guidance and support of employees and machine operators on site

• Work preparation: Planning of daily tasks and ensuring an efficient and smooth site workflow

• Coordination: Liaison with site manager, client, suppliers and other project participants

• Quality & safety: Ensuring professional execution and compliance with quality and safety requirements

• Reporting: Accurate and timely recording of services, materials and working hours

• Participation: Active support of the team and, where necessary, assistance with daily tasks on site

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience: Several years of practical experience in earthworks, ideally already as a foreman or with corresponding leadership responsibility

• Qualification: Completed training in the main construction trade or comparable practical qualification

• Leadership: You gladly take responsibility, can guide employees and keep an overview even in demanding situations

• Working style: Independent, reliable, solution-oriented and well organised

• Expertise: Good knowledge of earthworks as well as reading and implementing plans and height specifications

• Team spirit: You enjoy working with others, communicate directly and pitch in yourself when needed

• Driving licence: Category B, ideally with own vehicle

• Language: Good German skills for communication on site and with project participants
