Your mission:
- Ensure patient care in the department according to the HVS strategy and the Professional Practice Model.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the department, quality and safety of care, and integration of patient needs.
- Promote an interdisciplinary approach to care.
Your profile:
- Tertiary nursing diploma (general care recognised by the Red Cross, HES, DNII)
- Ability to promote and develop quality care
- Interpersonal skills, listening and communication skills
- Proficiency in IT tools and general office software
- Dynamism, great flexibility and open-mindedness
