For our ROCKEN partner, an internationally active industrial company located in Steinhausen, we are seeking an experienced professional for the area of Corporate Accounting and Tax. You will support the preparation of the consolidated group financial statements according to IFRS and contribute to international tax and compliance requirements. In a lean Corporate Finance team with short decision-making paths, you will report directly to the Head of Group Accounting & Reporting and benefit from the development opportunities of an international corporate group.
Responsibilities:
You contribute to the preparation and review of the consolidated group financial statements and the half-year report according to IFRS
You support the Head of Group Accounting & Reporting with ad-hoc analyses
You prepare group-wide international tax and compliance requirements, analyse and coordinate these, especially Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and BEPS Pillar II
You support group companies with transfer pricing methods and their implementation
You assist local finance teams during tax audits including coordination with external tax advisors
You actively analyse, optimise and further develop intra-group financing structures
You participate in internal financial audits in international group companies and contribute to various tasks and projects within the Corporate Finance team
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education (KV) with further training in finance and accounting or tax, or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting
You bring more than 3 years of relevant professional experience in the corporate accounting/controlling environment with consolidation experience of several entities; initial experience in the tax area or the motivation to build this knowledge is also welcome
You have experience with IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER accounting
You demonstrate a strong awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
You are a communicative personality who enjoys working in an international environment
