Electrical Engineer (m/f) 80%-100% - 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract Focused on HV-MV Network Planner

To complete the Strategic Management team within the Infrastructure Management & Support department in Morges, we are looking for a

Profile

• EPFL engineering degree in electrical engineering and project management experience.
• Experience in planning and calculation of electrical networks is an asset.
• Experience in modelling, simulation or scenario analysis.
• Ability to handle large volumes of scenarios and analyse their techno-economic impacts.
• Initiative, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Native French speaker, German and English (B2).

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the planner, establish the assumptions for the master plans of the electrical distribution network.
• Develop automated tools enabling the generation and analysis of a large volume of prospective scenarios.
• Actively participate in various studies contributing to the strategic development of electrical infrastructures in the medium and long term.
