Order Management & Export Clerk 80% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders from entry to dispatch
Coordinate delivery dates and transports in the ERP system SAP
Continuously monitor goods movements and stock levels
Manage external warehouse stocks and clarify discrepancies
Record production orders and dismantling in the system
Initiate transport orders and notify deliveries accordingly
Record complaints and handle them with the responsible departments
Support purchasing and take over team tasks during absences
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Professional experience in order processing, logistics or internal sales
Confident use of an ERP system, ideally SAP Business One
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 is an advantage
Structured working method for administrative routine tasks
Solution-oriented approach to deviations and special cases
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
