- Working on small and large tonnages
- Hand laying of asphalt and managing finishes
- Compliance with safety standards
- Mandatory SUVA machine operator licence M2-M3 (M7 is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Autonomy, precision, and motivation
