The Municipality of Montreux is advertising a position for:

Main tasks:

• Ensure the maintenance of the installations of the Maladaire and Foge swimming pools, the Clarens and Donner baths, in coordination with the responsible technicians: filtration, ventilation, combined heat and power, sanitary, heating, electricity and mobile installations of the water area
• Maintain, clean and keep the premises, machines and equipment entrusted to you up to standard
• Control the safety of the installations and carry out minor troubleshooting and repairs within your skills
• Monitor construction sites in coordination with the technical installations manager and the responsible technicians
• Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in the rescue chain
• Implement consumption monitoring of the installations and ensure controlling, in collaboration with the energy manager
• Maintain quality contacts with users, companies, contractors and other partners
• Manage product orders in agreement with the hierarchical superior.
• Provide cover during absences or breaks, according to your skills and required qualifications.
• Contribute to the organisation of events and activities at the Maladaire swimming pool.

Desired profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in a trade related to sanitary, heating, ventilation, filtration, engine maintenance, electricity or small mechanics or equivalent training
• Knowledge in sanitary, heating, ventilation, filtration, engine maintenance, electricity and small mechanics
• Significant experience in managing technical swimming pool installations is an asset
• "Pro Pool" certificate from the SSS or equivalent training is an asset
• Service orientation, analytical mind and team spirit
• Autonomy, availability, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Good stress resistance
• Proficiency in MS Office tools

Special conditions:

• Extracts from the Swiss criminal record and special criminal record to be provided upon hiring
• Holder of a driving licence for light vehicles (category B)
