Our partner is a successful Swiss real estate service company located centrally with excellent public transport connections. In a personal environment where independence is actively valued and promoted, we are looking for an exact-working specialist to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile position, you will independently manage the property accounting for rental, commercial, and condominium ownership properties, prepare service charge statements, and support periodic and annual financial statements.

Responsibilities:
In your central accounting role, you independently manage the property accounting (rental, commercial, and condominium ownership).
You prepare the annual heating and service charge statements for the assigned portfolio.
You take on the reconciliation of accounts and preparation of periodic financial statements.
You prepare audits and annual financial statements and actively support their execution.
You manage creditor processing, payment execution, and general administrative tasks of property management.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial basic training (KV EFZ) with a strong affinity for numbers and real estate.
Proven experience in property accounting and/or financial accounting.
Confident handling of common real estate software, ideally Immotop2.
Independent, structured, and precise working style.
Committed, team-oriented, and open personality with a positive work attitude.
