Building or Civil Engineering Team Leader / Building Foreman (M/F/D)

Your missions

As a Team Leader, you ensure the organisation and smooth running of the sites entrusted to you. You manage your teams, ensure compliance with schedules, quality requirements and safety rules, while also overseeing the administrative and technical follow-up of the work.

Your main tasks:

• Managing a team of 4 to 12 people
• Organising work and respecting schedules
• Administrative follow-up of site reports and time control
• Carrying out measurements and ordering materials
• Reading plans and carrying out layouts
• Monitoring work quality and compliance with safety rules

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in building and/or civil engineering
• Certificate as team leader, foreman or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent listening and communication skills with various stakeholders (teams, suppliers, etc.)
• Rigour and sense of responsibility, especially regarding safety
• Strong organisational skills, autonomy and versatility
• Good ability to manage stress and priorities
• Valid category B driving licence
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
