Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Our ROCKEN partner is an established Swiss corporate group with diverse business areas and international activities. Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a trading company in the agricultural and food sector, we are looking for an accounting specialist. You will strengthen a small, well-coordinated team and, after familiarisation, take responsibility for the monthly and annual financial statements. Your workday is varied, internationally oriented, and offers room to independently advance topics.
Responsibilities:
After familiarisation, you will be responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements and support the closing of a foreign subsidiary
You will manage payment transactions and reliably post incoming and outgoing payments
You will control the dunning process and ensure transparency with debtors
You will prepare VAT returns for European countries
You will respond to financial-technical enquiries from traders and processors in day-to-day business
You will additionally take on deputy roles within the team
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed the federal specialist certificate as a finance and accounting specialist, are currently training for it, or have a comparable financial accounting qualification
You bring experience in a comparable, responsible role
You have user knowledge of MS Office
You have solid English skills and enjoy using them in an international environment; French skills are an advantage
You work independently, bring initiative and team orientation, and adapt well to a dynamic environment
