Development of technically sound concepts for construction projects, implementation of innovative solutions
Coordination of planning, execution and monitoring of projects (costs, quality, deadlines)
Support of projects from feasibility study to commissioning (design & execution planning)
Collaboration with architects, specialist planners, clients, authorities, construction companies
Support of construction supervision on site, monitoring construction progress, compliance with technical regulations & safety guidelines
Promotion of modern building materials and methods for sustainable construction projects
Preparation and review of technical reports, plans and documentation, quality assurance
Qualifications:
Completed degree as a civil engineer (ETH, FH or equivalent)
Solid knowledge in statics, building physics, building materials, construction
Experience with planning software and construction accounting systems
Confident handling of standards, regulations and guidelines in construction
Knowledge of sustainability strategies
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
