Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 125,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual for the independent management of demanding building construction projects from planning through tendering and awarding to realisation. You will take responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality, lead the internal project team and coordinate all external project participants. A particular focus is on continuous BIM planning with ArchiCAD 3D as well as efficient interdisciplinary planning coordination. The project portfolio includes, among others, public buildings, infrastructure and residential construction projects in the Swiss market.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of building construction projects through the relevant planning and execution phases
Control of projects from planning and building permit application through tendering and awarding to realisation
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and planning processes
Technical leadership and coordination of the internal project team
Management and coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners, experts and contractors
Development and coordination of digital building models within the framework of BIM planning with ArchiCAD 3D
Ensuring plan and BIM coordination between architecture, structural engineering and building services engineering
Preparation and quality assurance of project, execution and detailed planning
Creation and coordination of tender and award documents as well as support during contractor awards
Management of realisation taking into account building laws, SIA standards, regulations and contracts
Assessment and coordination of structures, materials and technical interfaces
Conducting and leading project, planning and coordination meetings as well as structured project reporting
Qualifications:
Education as Architect FH/ETH, Technician HF Building Planning or comparable higher qualification in building construction
Several years of Swiss professional experience in project management and realisation of construction projects
Solid experience across several SIA phases, especially planning, tendering and realisation
Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD 3D and BIM as well as experience with common construction administration software
Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss building legislation, SIA standards, structures and materials
Good user skills in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud
Very good German language skills spoken and written
