Responsibilities:
You take on the leadership of the finance and procurement team and develop structures, skills, and processes together with your employees.
With modern financial controlling, you create transparency about financial development and develop KPIs as well as management reporting as a basis for corporate management.
You analyse existing finance, budget, and procurement processes, identify optimisation potentials, and consistently drive their digitalisation forward.
As a sparring partner for management, you translate complex business matters into clear decision-making bases and concrete recommendations for action.
You actively shape the ERP transformation, accompany system implementations, and take over the management of subprojects if necessary.
Qualifications:
A higher education or degree in business administration forms your professional foundation.
You have several years of professional experience in finance and controlling as well as leadership experience.
You think strategically and in a networked way, can quickly structure complex topics, and implement projects pragmatically and solution-oriented.
You communicate convincingly in an interdisciplinary environment, are IT- and digitally savvy, and have good German and French skills.
