Every day, TCS supports more than 1.6 million members in their mobility, safety, health, and leisure. The Insurance Business Unit of the Touring Club Suisse (TCS) is responsible for the development and management of the TCS Group's insurance activities. We provide high-quality services and professional assistance to our insured clients, particularly in the areas of legal protection and travel.

To strengthen our Projects & Applications Management team and contribute to the satisfaction of our internal and external customers, we are looking for a Business Application Specialist 80%-100% for our headquarters in Vernier (GE) starting 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Your mission

Be the business owner of the applications used for managing claims of our insurance companies and act as the interface between our IT services and Claims services.

What awaits you

Functional administration of applications: you monitor and coordinate the proper functioning of our business applications with IT.

Interface: you ensure the relationship between our business users and IT, as well as Finance.

Functional helpdesk: you are the point of contact for users in case of questions or problems related to the use of our applications and fixed telephony tools.

Testing and releases: you plan, carry out, and document test campaigns. You write release notes for users and train them.

Continuous improvement: you collect, formalise, and monitor new needs and proposals for the evolution of our applications.

Projects: you participate in our numerous projects and initiatives by contributing your knowledge.

Learning Management System: you support the business in creating digital training and ensure their online publication.

Data quality and compliance: you are responsible for the quality, deletion, and archiving of data. You participate in ensuring data compliance in our applications.

Do you recognise yourself in this profile?

• You have a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or higher education (Bachelor University or University of Applied Sciences), as well as experience in the insurance field.
• You have an affinity for IT with a strong interest in cross-functional projects.
• You have a strong customer orientation and good communication skills.
• You are proactive in finding solutions and have a good ability to manage pressure, while being reliable and structured.
• You have team spirit while appreciating autonomy.
• You master French (level C2) and German (minimum level B2), both spoken and written. Your knowledge of English is an asset.
