What to expect
- Comprehensive advice and support for new and existing customers in the private customer segment
- Active sales of insurance solutions (basic and supplementary insurance) including targeted new customer acquisition
- Sustainable expansion of the customer portfolio through cross- and upselling as well as customer retention
- Needs-based development and presentation of individual offers
- Planning and implementation of sales measures for market development and customer acquisition
- Maintenance, expansion and long-term retention of the customer portfolio as well as proactive cancellation prevention
- Competent and service-oriented response to customer inquiries about policies, benefits and billing
- Fluent and target-group appropriate communication in German across all contact channels (phone, email, personal contact, counter service)
- Representation at events, campaigns and marketing activities
- Independent handling of general commercial, administrative tasks as well as ensuring agency operations
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification or higher professional education
- Certification as an insurance intermediary (VBV) or willingness to obtain it promptly
- Experience in the insurance industry or sales is an advantage
- Strong enjoyment of customer contact as well as a high service and customer orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as a structured and efficient working style
- Friendly, well-groomed appearance as well as good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
