Our client supports companies in building and operating modern IT infrastructures. In a technically diverse environment, you work with Microsoft systems, network solutions and security technologies and take responsibility for demanding customer projects. You accompany solutions from conception to acceptance and ensure stable systems during ongoing operation. You benefit from autonomy, direct customer contact and the opportunity to continuously expand your technical know-how.
Responsibilities:
Design, configuration and optimisation of modern IT infrastructures with Microsoft, network and security technologies
Planning and implementation of IT projects from technical conception to acceptance
Maintenance, servicing and support of customer environments
Analysis and resolution of technical faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
Further development of existing infrastructure and network solutions
Active knowledge sharing within the team and continuous training
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ in system technology or comparable education
Initial professional experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and Exchange
Experience with Hyper-V or VMware as well as backup solutions, ideally Veeam
Basic knowledge of switching, routing and WLAN; knowledge of NAC or 802.1X is an advantage
Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as interest in IT security
Communicative and customer-oriented personality with independent, solution-oriented working style
