ZurichYour Tasks
- You are responsible for the provision of delivered meals and take over the food distribution.
- You ensure the service and quality in the dining hall and coordinate the work and workflows.
- You take over the shift coordination in the dining hall, especially the allocation and guidance of the team.
- You carry out minor control tasks, such as working with checklists on quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- You perform various tidying and cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with occupational safety, cleaning and hygiene standards according to food regulations.
- You receive deliveries for facility maintenance, store them properly and ensure orderly storage management.
- You professionally instruct participants in the kitchen and service area, promote and accompany them, and support the care staff situationally if necessary.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ as a cook or restaurant specialist/system catering specialist and at least two years of professional experience
- Good knowledge in the areas of kitchen, catering or service
- Knowledge of hygiene in the area of food and kitchen
- Very good oral and written German skills (at least level C1), additional language skills such as Dari, Pashto, Ukrainian or Russian are an advantage
- Independent, reliable, clean, precise and efficient way of working
- High social competence, ability to work in a team and resilience
- Joy and interest in dealing with people from different cultures

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 80,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
