Sustainable Construction Specialist (80 - 100 %)

Why do we need you?

• Because you independently and responsibly advise and support architects, project owners, communities, and private individuals in sustainable construction
• Because you are involved in all phases of a construction project (SIA 31 to 53), for new builds as well as renovations
• Because you conduct studies and ensure coordination for obtaining sustainable construction labels (Minergie-ECO, SNBS, DGNB, etc.)
• Because you have an engineering degree or equivalent, with initial experience in sustainable construction in Switzerland
• Because you are also interested in building physics, energy, and acoustics, and occasionally participate in these areas
• Because you collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams and find energy in doing so
• Because you think cross-functionally and enjoy juggling several topics at once
• Because you are an engineer by conviction, eager to contribute to meaningful projects

What are you particularly good at?

• You are open, dynamic, and communicative
• You have an excellent sense of client contact
• You are autonomous, rigorous, with initiative and solution-oriented
• You have a sense of humour and team spirit
• You have good knowledge in sustainable construction (SIA standards, Swiss and international labels)
• Your French is excellent (C1 or native); German is an asset
