Your area of responsibility
- You configure and maintain requirement profiles as well as rules in smartPEP, analyse existing duty roster planning processes and continuously develop them in line with the smartPEP principles to ensure efficient, consistent and demand-oriented personnel deployment planning
- You identify, analyse and prioritise system and process problems, initiate appropriate improvement measures and thus contribute to the continuous optimisation of duty roster planning processes
- You train, advise and support planning-responsible employees in the use of smartPEP and assist them in applying the underlying planning logic securely and purposefully
- You accompany the change process around smartPEP and promote the successful implementation of new working methods in close cooperation with the specialist departments, HR and IT
Your experience
- You have a qualification as a business informatics specialist or an equivalent qualification with experience in healthcare as well as experience in duty roster planning. Ideally, you also have knowledge of Polypoint PEP or a comparable personnel deployment planning system
- Thanks to your analytical and interconnected way of thinking, you quickly recognise relationships, critically question existing processes and derive practical optimisation measures
- You convince with your strong communication and moderation skills and convey complex content clearly and appropriately for the target audience
- You enjoy actively shaping change, supporting users and ideally have experience in change management and working with different stakeholders
