You lead the heating, cooling and energy department both technically and personally
You manage overall projects from planning to completion and handover
You coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and external partners
You ensure compliance with deadlines, cost and quality requirements
You analyse processes, optimise workflows and implement technical standards
You monitor budgets, resources and project progress
You support the training and further development of employees
Qualifications:
Completed technical training (e.g. heating/cooling/building technology) supplemented by further education HF/FH or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in project management and department leadership
Sound knowledge in heating, cooling, energy and building technology
Leadership skills, organisational talent and decisiveness
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
