QC Support Technician (m/f/d) - 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are looking for a QC Support Technician for our client based in Corsier-sur-Vevey for a 3-month assignment.

Your role:

Operational QC Support activities:

• Be the expert on the processes under our responsibility (raw materials, water, gas and environmental monitoring)
• Support the sampling team in all operational activities (sample reception, aliquoting, sampling of utilities, HVAC, gases and correction of work files,)
• Support and improve the shipping process and the result reception process between QC Support and external laboratories
• Participate in local improvement projects related to sampling activities
• Ensure follow-up and receipt of orders at QC

QC Support compliance activities:

• Open deviations related to our activities
• Report all blocking points and unexpected events encountered during activities

Your profile:

• Graduate in sciences (chemistry, biology) or at least 1 year of experience in a GMP environment
• Experience in quality control and quality systems
• Good knowledge of visual management
• Knowledge of applicable GMP
• Fluent in French and very good in English
• Have a collaborative spirit with the appropriate level of customer service
• Understand in detail all activities carried out within the group and its role in the context of the global site and QC processes
• Know how to use the problem-solving tool and ensure its use within the group
• Results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude, helping the organisation achieve ambitious goals on time
• Autonomous and reliable, highly motivated
• Be oriented to satisfy customer needs
• Collaborative and positive communication within the team and with partners/clients
• Proactive search for implementation of new technologies, new best practices and continuous improvement for the team
