What you will learn with us

• Administrative tasks, such as writing letters, minutes and contracts
• Competent advice and support of our internal and external customers
• Organisation of meetings and various types of events
• Getting to know and daily use of various systems and tools, such as MS Teams

What you bring with you

• Completed school education (secondary school A or B) with good academic performance
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) desired
• Mastery of the 10-finger system is required
• Quick comprehension and good manners
• Reliable and precise work
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
