The mandate accounting team is the fiduciary centre for our property owners and is primarily responsible for closing the accounts of buildings as well as valuations and management fees.

Specialist in service charge accounting for real estate (M/F/X)

Bern, Neuchâtel, Fribourg or Basel, 80-100%

Your tasks:

• You independently prepare the service charge statements for the assigned properties (a demanding portfolio such as commercial and residential buildings including, among others, condominium/co-ownership statements).
• Preparing and updating cost management diagrams, including establishing and changing the allocation key in collaboration with the manager, are part of your responsibilities.
• You manage the basic data of the properties, enter meter readings and check them.
• You work closely with the various Wincasa departments and external technical managers.
• You post adjustments, enter transfers, check statements, taking into account quality and compliance with legal guidelines.

Your profile:

• You have a basic commercial education
• You have professional experience in the real estate sector as an accountant; experience in managing commercial properties would be an advantage
• You have a strong affinity for service charge statements
• Your mother tongue is French
• You are comfortable with IT tools
• You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, have good analytical skills and work meticulously.
