In an exclusive assignment from a web host with modern offices in Zurich, we are looking for reinforcement for the family-like team. The 8-member support team is well coordinated and supports customers throughout Switzerland.
- Receiving and forwarding tickets to specialised departments
- Checking web and mail services
- Assistance and explanation regarding domains, emails, DNS, Plesk and FTP
- Management of key accounts
- Telephone consultation
- Confident German as well as good French skills or at least a strong willingness to learn the language (there is the possibility to obtain a B1 / B2 certificate in French)
- High quality and responsibility awareness towards customers
- Knowledge of various operating systems and client applications and interest in web hosting
- Good team and communication skills
- It is advantageous if you have already gained experience with server infrastructures (Linux)
- Basic knowledge in website creation or general programming skills are desirable
- Developmental and independent work
- Modern equipped workplace with contemporary infrastructure
- Central workplace in Zurich-Seefeld (5 minutes walk from Lake Zurich)

Tasks
- Processing and monitoring of system and support requests via ticket system, email and telephone- Receiving and forwarding tickets to specialised departments

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, business informatics specialist, merchant or media technician with corresponding interests in the web hosting area- Confident German as well as good French skills or at least a strong willingness to learn the language (there is the possibility to obtain a B1 / B2 certificate in French)
- High quality and responsibility awareness towards customers
- Knowledge of various operating systems and client applications and interest in web hosting
- Good team and communication skills
