Abacus Specialist Consultant: Financial Applications (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Our Rocken partner is a Switzerland-wide consulting company with a versatile service portfolio. The company supports clients from various industries with solutions in fiduciary services, auditing, management consulting, tax and legal advice, as well as comprehensive IT solutions. For the internal finance department, a committed individual is sought who will take responsibility in accounting and actively contribute to the further development of (digital) processes.
Responsibilities:
You are the professional contact person for cities and municipalities in the use of their Abacus financial solutions and support them with technical and professional questions.
You capture customer needs, review existing business processes, and develop tailored concepts to optimise the financial applications.
You manage projects or individual project phases, coordinate the involved persons, and ensure that agreed solutions are implemented efficiently and reliably.
You convey user knowledge in workshops, training sessions, and product presentations and accompany the introduction of new functions on-site or via remote access.
You support the implementation of customer orders, create comprehensible project documentation, and work closely with the involved specialists on the further development of the solutions.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and ideally have furthered your studies in business administration or business informatics at tertiary level.
You are familiar with processes in finance and accounting from practical experience and preferably have already worked with public administrations.
You have in-depth Abacus knowledge or experience in supporting, consulting, and implementing business software.
You approach tasks methodically, quickly recognise connections, and convince through precise working methods and a strong understanding of processes.
You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders, work solution-oriented in a team, and feel comfortable both in project work and direct customer contact.
