Switzerland shops at Livique! We are proud to welcome our customers and shape their shopping experience. As Regional Manager Livique / Lumimart, you take on the operational and personnel responsibility for 21 sales outlets in the West region (area western part of the Central Plateau to Geneva and Brig) with around 250 employees as well as 21 directly subordinate managers.

Responsibilities
- You bear the revenue and cost responsibility up to the EBITDA level and ensure consistent controlling.
- You implement the business unit strategy of Livique/Lumimart in the sales outlets and are responsible for quality standards as well as product presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- You contribute to the development of annual plans and budgets and work closely with the company manager as well as internal departments such as purchasing, marketing, logistics, HR and finance.
- You coordinate and accompany new openings, closures and renovations and actively participate in projects.
Requirements
- You are a strong sales leader with several years of experience in the furnishing industry and have a business administration background (university of applied sciences level).
- You are communicative, self-responsible and entrepreneurial in thinking – with a consistent customer focus and the ability to inspire teams and motivate them to top performance.
- You have very good German and French language skills in spoken and written form and are familiar with the mentality and cultural peculiarities of the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
- You are confident in using MS Office and hold a category B driving licence (high travel activity).
