About the job

→ Overall responsibility for the kitchen, quality, and hygiene in daily operations
→ Leadership, deployment planning, and further development of the kitchen team
→ Creative design of the menu with seasonal and regional products
→ Planning and calculation of menus, purchasing, and inventory management
→ Close cooperation with the service team and management
→ Organization and execution of banquets and special events
→ Compliance with all hygiene and HACCP regulations
→ Completed training as a cook (EFZ) and several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership position
→ Passion for regional, seasonal cuisine and artisanal care at the stove
→ Leadership skills, resilience, and a calm demeanor even in hectic moments
→ Entrepreneurial thinking: cost awareness, product calculation, and quality assurance
→ Team spirit and the ability to motivate and develop others
→ Good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
