Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Architect: Execution Planning / Tendering for demanding new build, conversion and residential projects. You will take on planning responsibility in the tendering and execution phase and develop technically sophisticated detailed solutions considering architecture, construction, costs and applicable standards. Another focus is on working drawing control, specialist planner coordination and buyer support for condominium projects (STWE). The position combines demanding architecture with sound building construction and a high level of responsibility for the quality of execution-ready planning.
Responsibilities:
Planning responsibility for smaller and medium-sized new build, conversion and renovation projects in the tendering and execution phase
Independent handling of SIA phases 41 and 51 with a focus on tendering and execution planning
Development of structurally and aesthetically high-quality execution, detail and connection solutions
Creation and coordination of execution, detail and working drawings for demanding building projects
Preparation of tender and submission documents as well as support in awarding processes
Review and coordination of contractor, workshop and specialist planner drawings regarding quality and feasibility
Coordination of planning interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services, façade and interior construction
Support of specialist planner and contractor meetings as well as preparation of meeting minutes and action lists
Handling of buyer requests and planning changes for condominium projects (STWE)
Coordination of material selections, expansion variants and special requests as well as updating the corresponding planning documents
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, fire protection regulations and Swiss building regulations
Use of Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Cloud for planning, documentation and presentation
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect FH/ETH
At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland in project and execution planning, ideally on projects from approx. CHF 4.5 million construction volume
Sound knowledge in execution planning, building detailing, tendering and working drawing control
Experience in buyer support for condominium projects (STWE)
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations and structural building planning
User knowledge in Vectorworks and confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud
Fluent German language skills for tenders, minutes and technical project communication
