MAIN TASKS

During your training, you will work successively in three units: at reception, at the school secretariat and in general services (human resources and accounting). You will learn in particular how to welcome the public (at the counter and on the phone); you will prepare various documents and correspondence and participate in numerous administrative tasks, such as managing student files (monitoring grades and absences) or staff files (various changes, accident declarations, etc.).
