Roller Operator with Licence / Adjuster for the Application of Bituminous Coatings

Your main responsibilities:
- Driving and handling the roller, compactor on various sites
- Coordination with the ground team for optimal application
- Basic maintenance and upkeep of the machine
- Compliance with safety instructions and quality standards
- Demonstrating versatility according to site requirements


What we are looking for:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in operating compaction machinery from 2.5 to 14 tonnes and laying bituminous coatings
- Possession of or willingness to obtain the M6 machine operator licence
- Autonomy, rigour and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility regarding working hours (sometimes irregular work)
- Team spirit and organisational skills
