Role:
The company is an established fiduciary and consulting firm with comprehensive expertise in finance and accounting, tax consulting, payroll administration, and business consulting. With high professional competence, many years of experience, and personal customer care, it supports companies, SMEs, and private individuals with financial, tax, and business management issues.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for ongoing financial accounting and ensure correct and timely preparation of financial statements.
In controlling, you conduct cost analyses and support management with meaningful key figures and decision-making bases.
You participate in budgets and forecasts and ensure reliable liquidity and payment management.
Tax matters, internal controls, and cooperation with auditors, banks, and other partners are also part of your responsibilities.
In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of financial processes and the introduction of new systems.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education with further training as a specialist in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification forms your foundation.
You bring solid experience in finance and accounting as well as good knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss tax law.
You have independently prepared annual financial statements and tax returns.
Your working style is structured, precise, and solution-oriented, while maintaining an overview even in a dynamic environment.
You communicate very confidently in German and English and convince through initiative, flexibility, and team spirit.
