Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist for the digital planning and modelling of demanding building services engineering projects in the HVAC sector. You create and edit BIM specialist models, coordinate the various building services trades and ensure consistently high model and data quality. In doing so, you work primarily with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks and BIMcollab and support interdisciplinary collaboration with architecture and other specialist planning. The position offers a modern BIM/CAD environment with varied projects and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Creation and editing of BIM specialist models for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation (HVAC) with Autodesk Revit
Model-based planning and spatial coordination of building services systems and pipework
Cross-trade BIM coordination between HVAC, electrical, architecture and structural engineering
Conducting clash detection and model checks with Navisworks and corresponding BIM tools
Ensuring and reviewing model, information and data quality during the various project phases
Management and exchange of planning data via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360)
Processing and tracking of BIM issues with BIMcollab as well as coordination of necessary model adjustments
Creation and derivation of plans, sections, views and technical documentation from the specialist models
Maintenance and further development of Revit families, modelling standards and BIM/CAD templates
Support of project teams with BIM/CAD queries and in the application of digital planning methods
Coordination of specialist models with project management, specialist planners and other project participants
Participation in the optimisation and standardisation of BIM workflows and digital planning processes
Qualifications:
Qualification as a building services planner EFZ or further training as a technician HF / engineer FH building services HVAC
Alternatively, a university of applied sciences/higher education degree in HVAC, building services or engineering
Good practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360), Navisworks and BIMcollab
Expertise in HVAC planning and BIM/CAD modelling
Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection and model-based data exchange
Good German language skills for technical project coordination
