SRK or AGS Nursing Assistant for Responsible Night Shifts (Full-time/Temporary)

Your Tasks

• Individual night care: You accompany the residents through the night with great empathy and professional care. Through regular rounds and targeted support, you ensure safety and lovingly attend to the individual needs of each person.
• Promotion of restful sleep: With your attentive and present attitude, you create a calm atmosphere that contributes to regeneration. Structured rounds and attentiveness help improve the residents’ sleep quality.
• Reliable emergency management and close coordination: In emergencies, you respond quickly and confidently. Close collaboration with the day shift ensures seamless and high-quality care at all times.

Our Requirements

• Nursing qualification or practical experience: You have completed training as an SRK nursing assistant or have extensive experience in the care and support of elderly people. Your professional and respectful approach to nursing tasks is a matter of course.
• Responsible and independent working style during night shifts: Even during the quiet night hours, you always keep an overview. You work independently, responsibly, and reliably, knowing exactly what is important in night care.
• Empathy and teamwork: With your empathetic attitude, you treat residents respectfully and on an equal footing. At the same time, you place great value on clear, cooperative communication with the day shift to ensure a smooth handover of care.
